Jean-Luc Bellet
Chairman of the Board / CEO
Jean-Luc got to grip with new technologies in the Thomson group laboratories (LER). In 1994, he integrated AT&T’s Bell Labs in New Jersey. For many years, Jean-Luc Bellet contributed to the design and development of UNIX System V. Back in Europe, he created AT&T’s IT activity in France, followed by a joint venture between Steria and Unix System Laboratories (USL), to launch Tuxedo Technology. In 1993, after the buyout of USL by Novell, he created OpenWare Consulting and dedicated himself to New Technology training, Consulting and Engineering.
- In 1995, Jean-Luc Bellet joined forces with Bernard Joseph to create Metaware.
- Jean-Luc holds and engineering degree from Sup Télécom.

Alain Guillemin
COO
Alain begun his career in the Industry Market during 15 years, before moving to the IT sector. From 2000, he managed the Business Unit at the Banking and Insurance department at CMG Admiral before the Logica-CMG merger. In 2004, Alain has been appointed as Director of the Financial Key Accounts Business Unit. Then, after the merger of Unilog and Logica, he took in charge the new BU infrastructure management.
- Alain joined forces with Metaware as COO in 2012, accountable delivery, R&D and nearshore factory in Morocco.
- Alain holds an executive MBA from HEC School of Management, a Postgraduate diploma of strategic management and leadership from Institut Supérieur de Gestion, and a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from "Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers" in Paris.
